Configure CNMF reports

This window of Loan Performer allows the user to set the parameters of the Central Bank of Madagascar Regulatory Reports. After the configuration, the user will be required to go to the second tab "Generate CNMF Report" in order to produce these reports

How to configure CSBF Report

To configure the CSBF reports you go to Accounts/Regulatory Reports/Central Bank of Madagascar/CSBF Reports/Configure CSBF reports, the following appears:

Voluntary savings:From the drop down menu, select the savings product that corresponds with Voluntary savings e.g "S001"

Compulsory savings: From the drop down menu, select the savings product that corresponds with Compulsory savings e.g "S002"

HIGHLIGHTS OF THE QUARTER

• Year: Select the Year whose quarters activities you will like to highlight e.g "2016"
• Quarter: Choose the quarter that you will want to highlight e.g "2" (Second quarter)
• Name: Enter here the name of the new executive member e.g "Okalany Richard"
• Telephone: Enter the phone contact of the executive member e.g "+256772567989"
• Function: Enter the title of the executive member you have just enter here e.g "Manager"

Opening of a new Point of sale: If during the course of the quarter there was a new point of sale opened you will be required to provide the information in the fields provided below:

• Branch region: Enter here the branch region's name where the new point of sale has been opened e.g "Eastern"
• Branch district: Enter here the branch district's name where the new point of sale has been opened e.g "Jinja"
• Branch division: Enter here the branch district's name where the new point of sale has been opened e.g "Kiira"
• Division affected: Enter here the branch division's name where the new point of sale has been opened e.g "Kiira"
• Date: Enter the date when the branch point of sale was opened e.g 02/27/2017

Point of sale Closure: If during the course of the quarter there was a point of sale that was closed, you will be required to provide the information in the fields provided below:

• Branch region: Enter here the branch region's name where the point of sale was closed e.g "Kampala"
• Branch district: Enter here the branch district's name where the point sale was closed e.g "Kampala"
• Branch division: Enter here the branch division's name where point of sale was closed e.g "Kiira"
• Division affected: Enter here the branch division's name whose point of sale was closed e.g Kampala
• Date: Enter the date when the branch point of sale was opened e.g 02/27/2017

Change in services offered: In case the organisation had its services changed, the following information needs to be provided. This is different from introducing a new financial product in that case you need to use the template provided.

• Date: Enter here the date when the organisation changed its services e.g "01/01/2016"

Address Change: If during the course of the quarter there was a change in the organisation address, you will be required to provide the information in the fields provided below:

• Date: Enter here the date when the organisation changed its physical address e.g "12/31/2015"
• New physical address: Enter the here the new physical address if the organisation also physically relocated e.g "King Fahd Plaza"
• New email address: Enter the here the new new email address if the organisation also changed its email address e.g "lpf@ccs.co.org"
• New Phone number: Enter the here the new new phone contact if the organisation also changed its phone contact e.g "+25641439517"
• Events: Enter here an event of importance that occurred during the quarter e.g. "Annual General Meeting"
• Date: Enter here the date that the above event took place e.g "9/30/2017"
• Location: Enter here the location where this event took place from e.g "Kampala"
• Activity: Enter the activities of the day during that event e.g "election of new office bearers"
  • It can also be an activity like launching of the new product e.g Launch of LPF version 8.19

• Date: Enter here the date that the above event took place e.g "9/30/2017"

• Location: Enter here the location where this event took place from e.g "Kampala International Hotel"

Others to be specified: In the field provided you can also include any other information you need to capture for the quarter.

• Date: Enter here the date that the above event took place e.g "02/27/2017"

• Location: Enter here the location where this event took place from e.g "Kampala"
• Remarks: In the space provided you can also write a note that you think is important to be included in the CNMF quarter report e.g The current executive mandate expired and Nakawa branch had to be closed because of consistent loses.
